We recommend booking your bridal hair and make-up artist 6–18 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season, to ensure the best availability of our artists.
After your inquiry, we first check the availability for your wedding date. We then discuss your wishes and select the most suitable hair and make-up artist from our team. You will receive a detailed quote. Once the quote is confirmed and the contract has been signed, your wedding date will be officially reserved. Afterwards, you will be in direct contact with your artist to discuss the final details of your bridal styling.

Yes. Trials can be booked 3–9 months before the wedding.
For destination weddings, we can also schedule your trial on location the day before the event.

A trial is highly recommended. It allows us to discuss your vision, test the look and make any adjustments so everything is perfectly prepared for your wedding day. If you are travelling from abroad and a trial in advance is not possible, we recommend scheduling the trial one day before the wedding at the location of the event. If this is not feasible, all details can also be discussed in advance to ensure your desired look is achieved.
Bridal hair and make-up usually take between 2.5 and 3 hours. This allows us to ensure that both the hairstyle and make-up are perfected and beautifully tailored to you. If additional people such as bridesmaids or family members would also like to be styled, we will create a detailed schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

We use professional, long-lasting products designed to last throughout the day and evening, including during emotional moments, photos, and dancing.

For the best experience, we recommend booking the artist for the full day. This allows for touch-ups throughout the day, for example after the ceremony, before the photo session, or even for a second look for the evening, the dance floor, or a dress change.

On the wedding day, your artist will arrive at the agreed location and time. Hair and make-up will be completed according to the planned schedule to ensure you are ready and relaxed for your ceremony and photos.

A retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due 20 days before the event.
No deposit is required. The full amount must be paid 20 days before the wedding day.
We carefully select the most suitable hair and make-up artist from our team based on your style, wedding date and availability. You will receive examples of the artist’s work. Our agency ensures the same high professional standard across all artists.
Yes — depending on availability, we can provide additional hair and makeup artists from our curated team. Ideal for large parties or early timelines.
We work with high-end, professional brands, carefully selected for performance, longevity, and all skin tones and hair types.
We recommend washing your hair the evening before the wedding and arriving with clean, dry hair. Please come with a clean and moisturised face without make-up to ensure the best results.
Yes, we are happy to style bridesmaids, mothers of the bride or groom, and other guests. Depending on the size of the group, additional artists from our team can join to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Grooming is a light styling service for the groom to ensure a polished and camera-ready look. It may include hairstyling, beard brushing, and a final check to make sure everything looks neat and well-groomed. To finish, a small amount of powder or light concealer may be applied to reduce shine and subtly cover under-eye circles or redness, ensuring the groom looks his best in photos. This service takes about 15min.
Absolutely. We offer beauty services for welcome dinners, civil ceremonies, pre-wedding events, parties, and farewell brunches — with optional touch-ups or full-day coverage.
Yes. We can help arrange nail artists, tanning specialists, massage therapists, and other beauty services upon request. Simply let us know what you need — we can accommodate most special requests.

If your wedding needs to be postponed due to official pandemic-related restrictions, no cancellation fees will apply.

In all other cases, the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy will apply.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 90–60 days before the wedding: 30% of the total amount
  • 60–30 days before the wedding: 50% of the total amount
  • Less than 30 days before the wedding: 100% of the total amount
